2. Returns
Returned products should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Orders Not Dispatched Within 7 Days

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund before the order has been shipped.
6. Non-Returnable Items
